- Our services include filing Japanese Patent Applications, Foreign Patent Applications (under Paris Convention), International Patent Applications (under PCT), responding to Notice of Reasons for Rejections (including preparing Amendments, Arguments and so on), demanding an Appeal against Examiner’s Decision of Rejection, and other procedures involved in patent.
- Our services provide multi-step fee schedule billing in accordance with the extent to which a draft specification made by inventor(s) or applicant(s) is completed.
- Our services include, upon request, a basic search of publicly available literature before filing an application. This is not a formal opinion as to the patentability of an invention; however, a search for disclosing literatures can be cited in the Notice of Reasons for Rejection, whereupon we prepare a specification in view of thus disclosed literature.
- We place a premium on having an interview with an Examiner.
